4. Orders & Payments

• We accept payments through UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets and Cash On Delivery.
• Sareegant.com reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India Only.
• Estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout but may vary due to courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen events.
• Sareegant.com will not be liable for delays beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• Sarees must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging within 3 days of delivery.
• Customized or altered products are non-returnable.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

7. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting customer support.
• After dispatch, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

• All logos, images, designs, and content on Sareegant.com are the property of Sareegant.com and protected by copyright laws.
• Unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Sareegant.com will not be responsible for:
  • Minor differences in color/design due to screen settings.
  • Delays caused by courier partners.
  • Loss or misuse of products once delivered.
