At Sareegant.com, we want every customer to feel confident and happy with their purchase. Each saree is carefully checked before dispatch, but if you face any issue, our return and refund policy below will guide you.


โœ… 1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only if the product delivered is:

  • Damaged during transit (torn, stained, or visibly defective on arrival).
  • Defective in quality (fabric fault, weaving defects, or missing blouse piece).
  • Incorrect item delivered (wrong saree color, design, or model).

โš ๏ธ Please Note:

  • Change of mind, dislike of color, or minor shade variation (due to photography or screen display) is not covered under returns.
  • Handloom & Sungudi sarees are handmade; slight weaving irregularities, starch marks, or thread variations are natural and not considered defects.

๐ŸŽฏ 2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • Saree must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Original packaging, tags, blouse piece (if provided), and saree folding must be intact.
  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Custom-stitched, blouse-stitched, or fall-pico sarees are strictly non-returnable.

๐Ÿ’ณ 3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned saree passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 7โ€“10 working days.
  • Refund will be made to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or UPI after confirming your details.
  • If the saree fails quality checks (used, washed, or damaged by customer), the return will be declined and shipped back at customerโ€™s cost.

๐Ÿ”„ 4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the same design is not available, a refund will be processed instead.
  • You can request for exchange within 3 days of delivery.The Exchange will be initiated after receiving the returned saree.The excahnge saree will be delivered within 3-10 days based on address,after receiving the returned saree.

๐Ÿ“ฌ 5. How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Email us at sareegant@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include:
    • Order ID
    • Clear product images showing the issue
    • Reason for return/exchange
  3. Our support team will verify and guide you through the pickup (if available) or self-courier process.
  4. Please pack the saree securely to avoid damage during return transit.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • For prepaid orders with discounts or coupons, refunds will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Sareegant.com reserves the right to approve or deny any return request based on inspection and policy compliance.
