1. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India only
- No International orders are taken as of Now
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Domestic Orders (South India): 2–4 working days depending on your location.
- Domestic Orders (North India): 5–7 working days depending on your location.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping Free Shipping for all prepaid orders All Over India
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available only for domestic orders in selected pin codes.
- COD orders may attract an additional handling fee of 10% of Cart Value (displayed at checkout).
6. Tracking Orders
- Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent via email/SMS.
- You can track your shipment on our website or courier partner’s tracking page.
7. Delays & Liability
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, strikes, natural calamities, or other unforeseen issues.
- Sareegant.com is not liable for delays beyond our control but will assist you in resolving courier-related issues.
8. Non-Delivery & Address Issues
- If a package is undelivered due to incorrect/incomplete address, the cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
