At SareeGant, we take great care in ensuring that every saree you receive is authentic, hand-crafted, and quality-checked before shipping. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns / Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags, labels, and packaging intact).
  • You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the order.

2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and respect the handcrafted nature of our sarees, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Saree has been used, draped, or washed.
  • Saree has been customized, fall/pico stitching, or blouse stitched.
  • Color variation due to different lighting or screen settings. (All images are captured in natural light and true to color, but minor variations may occur.)
  • Minor irregularities in weave, print, or threadwork — these are not defects but signs of genuine handloom craftsmanship.

3️⃣ Return Process

  1. Contact SareeGant within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Our support team will review your request and approve eligible returns.
  3. Once approved, the product must be safely packed and shipped back to our return address (shared during approval).
  4. After the product passes quality inspection, we’ll issue a replacement or refund as per your preference.
